With a degree in Economics and vast experience in project and events management, Cátia hails from the north of Portugal and is our Team Leader & Account Manager. Determined, focused and with a wicked sense of humour, she loves to travel, read and spend time with her daughter.

After taking a 3-year break from events management to take on other roles within the Travelstore Group, Patricia returned “home” and today is at the helm of Lab Pharma Events. She has a degree in Tourism and, although she has been in the business for 15 years, Patricia still finds a challenge in simultaneously managing people and several events. Watching documentaries, playing with her kids and listening to music give her the extra energy she needs to lead this great team.

Team Leader & Account Manager for Portugal and Algeria, Romina holds a degree in Tourism and Development and was a professor before venturing into the world of events. Her favourite hobby is Urban Crafts and she is a compulsive DIYer.

You’d be wrong to think Sofia is a rookie at this. The mountain biker has been in the incentives and events business for more than 2 decades.  Team Leader & Account Manager, she loves to feel that she is continuously learning and has two degrees under her belt; the first in tourism and the other in human resources.

She has the name of a princess, but if Lab Pharma Events were a movie, Zaida would be our heroine. She is our BSS Team Leader, the network that provides support to all our other teams, and she is in charge of the reports and insurance division. Her free time is spent on watching a good movie, reading a memorable book or going on an unforgettable trip.
